Our polyurethane solutions used in the building and insulation sector are as follows:

Sandwich Panel Systems
Arex has developed Arex Sandwich Panel Systems to provide buildings with high fire resistance and superior thermal insulation. These systems enable the creation of safe and sustainable structures. Our continuous (PIR and PUR) and discontinuous sandwich panel systems are offered in different component numbers according to line specifications and production conditions. Continuous systems can have 2, 4 or 5 components, while discontinuous systems have different reaction times according to machine and mold opening times. In addition, systems are customized according to fire resistance requirements.

Pipe Insulation Systems
Arex has developed Arex Pipe Insulation Systems that offer high insulation performance. These systems maintain their insulation properties even when exposed to continuous high temperatures in geothermal pipe insulation. Certified products with high heat resistance in accordance with TS EN 253 standard are offered.

Spray Foam Systems
Developed for commercial, residential and industrial applications, two-component Arex systems provide excellent insulation, creating a more peaceful and efficient environment. Arex provides superior insulation in cavities and hard-to-reach areas, while offering occupants comfort and energy efficiency.

Polyurea Systems
Arex has developed pure and hybrid polyurea systems that can be applied to metal, concrete or wood surfaces to protect against corrosion and abrasion. Arex coating systems improve the mechanical properties of surfaces while increasing their durability.

Rubber Binder Systems
Arex offers a range of single-component rubber binder systems for areas such as walkways, sports fields, playgrounds, park and garden floors. These systems are also used in products such as rubber roll carpets and sidewalk curbs.

Roller Shutter and Garage Door Systems
Polyurethane is used as a filling material in roller shutters and garage doors, providing insulation and mechanical support to the profiles. Arex Rigid Foam Systems of Arex offer 3-30 mm thick polyurethane filled profile systems with continuous production and have B3 and B2 non-flammability class according to DIN 4102/1 standard. In addition, user-specific designs can also be made.
